Food For Life Calabar Branch Pledges to End Hunger Through Vegan Meals

The following article comes from the Food For Life Calabar branch, located in Nigeria. It was written by Ekatma Nitai. We want to express our thanks to our affiliates in Calabar for relentlessly fighting to end hunger in Nigeria and world-wide.

FOOD FOR LIFE  CALABAR BRANCH, NIGERIA:

Over years of involvement in “The Free Food Distribution ” exhibitions, we have come to discover an overwhelmingly prevalent situation, mainly targeting children and the eldery who go about their day with an empty stomach and without a nutritious meal.

The situation, viewed under case study, has seldom prompted empathy from several philanthropic and humanitarian well wishers to extend selfless sympathy and kindness aimed at alleviating the prevalent hunger problem.

In reaction to the above quest, we at Food for Life Calabar Branch-Nigeria, a charitable organization, and as a matter of obligation “duty” to humanity at large, have selflessly and voluntarily decided to undertake the services of preparing and distributing solely plant based vegan food to the the less privileged and vulnerable children. We are taking all major and necessary support from Food for Life Global and other donor organizations in order to actualize this goal.

This endeavor is targeted at collectively collaborating with global food relief agencies such as Food For Life Global to send hunger on indefinite strike. This ensures holistic hope and sustainability for the less privileged and vulnerable masses.

We have recorded an immense success following FFLG Grants. This humanitarian intervention by Food for Life Global has gone the extra length to provide the most basic necessity to mankind, “Pure Vegan Food”. We have received congratulations from different government agencies commending the efforts and support of FFLG for their kind gestures.

Hence, we are obliged to conduct periodic free food distribution exhibitions as funds are made available to us alongside with seminars and awareness programs to educate the public on the urgent and earnest need to embrace veganism as the best choice diet and to avoid health complications and challenges at old age.
