Director of Food for Life Global, Paul Rodney Turner and his assistant Juliana Castaneda appeared on the live daytime talk show, Dia A Dia on VTV in Uruguay to talk about Food for Life’s work around the world and his new book, FOOD YOGA – Nourishing Body, Mind & Soul.

Host of the show Fito Galli asked what Paul was doing in Uruguay to which he responded: “We hope to expand Food for Life’s work in this country with the support of the President Jose “Pepe” Mujica. Paul told Fito that he was inspired by the President’s talk at the United Nations promoting equality for all people, and believed that he would love to learn about Food for Life Global’s goal of uniting the world through pure food. “President Mujica is very popular even in Australia,” he told Fito, to which he responded, “Oh my God, Uruguay used to be popular for our meat, but now we are more popular because of the President!”

Paul and Juliana will be in Uruguay until March 25 doing TV and Newspaper interviews and talking with the county’s leaders and corporate sponsors to initiate a new Food for Life project in Uruguay.
