Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Sweeten up your Veganuary with this luscious Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse! It’s creamy, decadent, and made with wholesome ingredients. Perfect for satisfying those chocolate cravings while staying plant-based.

Ingredients:

– 2 ripe avocados

– 1/3 cup cocoa powder

– 1/3 cup maple syrup

– 1/4 cup plant-based milk

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– A pinch of salt

– Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:

1. Blend avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

2. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.

3. Chill for 1 hour in the fridge.

4. Serve in small bowls topped with fresh berries.
