FFL Hosting is the world’s first cause-related hosting service to directly tackle world hunger with free meals for needy children directly tied to sales of web services
Food for Life Global is the world’s largest free meal distribution charity, with 210 projects in over 60 countries serving up to 2 million meals daily.
Established in 1995, the non-profit is now venturing into social entrepreneurship beginning with a partnership with Godaddy, the world’s biggest web host.
The new venture called FFL Hosting www.fflhosting.com is offering to feed one needy child a freshly cooked vegan meal with every domain registered. And if a customer purchases the deluxe hosting package, FFL Hosting will feed a needy child for an entire year!
“We would love to get more awareness for this noble enterprise,” says Paul Rodney Turner, the director of Food for Life Global. “Our charity is the most efficient food relief in the world, able to feed more children for less money than any other organization.”
In December 2016, the charity reached the milestone of having served 4 billion free meals.
“We expect to reach 5 billion meals served by the end of this year,” explained Turner.
Through this new focus on social enterprise, Food for Life Global aims to expand and empower its international network of affiliates to rid the world of hunger once and for all.
