In most cases, new IRS laws allow donors to deduct only the gross selling price. This is the price received (before any expenses are deducted) when donated property is sold for the charity. When donated property is sold for the charity at the best possible price, the potential legal tax deduction will be maximized for the donor and of course the cash flowing to the charity will also be maximized. Action Donation Services� also provides the option of a partial cash payment to donors for qualified high worth donations.
